    • Up to five face-to-face site meetings + unlimited texts, phone calls & e-mails

    • Google doc timeline creation at the time of booking

    • Vendor communication: contract preparation, booking confirmations, meeting time managment & oversight of all contracts and orders

    • Rental order placement, revisions & final confirmations

    • Creation of: guest arrival ceremony, cocktail hour & reception diagrams

    • RSVP with entree selection spreadsheet creation

    • Rehearsal dinner venue & vendor recomendations

    • Assistance with hotel room blocks and recomendations

    • Shipment of day-of goods to CRE designated location

    • Overisght of printables: Ceremony program, dinner menu, bar signs, invitation suite, RSVP response card, welcome sign, etc.

    • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal and final walk-through

    • Unlimited hours on the wedding day + two assistants

PARTIAL SERVICE

JUST A LITTLE

This package is for couples who have taken on the role of “wedding planner” but need help pulling together the design. You have most of your vendors booked but need help pulling your vison and event design together. I am more than happy to firm up your timeline details, coordinate timing with your vendors and bring your vision to life with the florist or rental company. We are only emails away throughout the entire planning process so please ask as many questions as you would like and I’ll give recommendations and suggestions along the way.

    • Site visit/walk-through + menu tasting meeting

    • Google doc timeline creation at the time of booking

    • Assistance bringing your design vision to life (ex. floral design & rental order assistance)

    • Vendor communicaton, coordination & day-of time management

    • Placement of rental order & final confirmations

    • Guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception diagram creation

    • Email timeline, diagrams, and rental orders to all vendors to confirm final details

    • Coordination of wedding rehearsal (one hour)

    • Day-of execution (setup and strike) + one event assistant

At this point, you have booked all of your vendors but you would love for someone with years of experience to execute your plan perfectly. Let’s start pulling your details together 4 months prior to your big day so you know your wedding day will be relaxed and everything you have always dreamed of… plus more!

    • Google doc timeline creation six months out

    • Three “catch up” calls to keep the timeline updated and organized

    • One walkthrough to confirm timeline details (2-3 months out)

    • 10:30am wedding rehearsal (one hour, day before wedding day)

    • Creation of ceremony & dinner layouts 

    • Wedding day execution + one event assistant
