From the moment you are engaged to your very last dance, I am here to make sure every last “i” is dotted on your wedding day.

PARTIAL SERVICE

JUST A LITTLE

This package is for couples who have taken on the role of “wedding planner” but need help pulling together the design. You have most of your vendors booked but need help pulling your vison and event design together. I am more than happy to firm up your timeline details, coordinate timing with your vendors and bring your vision to life with the florist or rental company. We are only emails away throughout the entire planning process so please ask as many questions as you would like and I’ll give recommendations and suggestions along the way.

    • Two site visit walkthroughs and or menu tasting meeting

    • Google doc timeline creation at the time of booking

    • Assistance bringing your design to life (including floral design)

    • Vendor coordination & management

    • Placement of rental order & managment

    • Ceremont, cocktail hour and reception layout creation

    • Send final timeline/layouts to all vendors and coordinate final details

    • Coordination of wedding rehearsal

    • Up to 12 hours of day-of execution + one assistant

MONTH-OF SERVICE

IT’S YOUR WEDDING DAY

Can you believe your wedding is just a few short months away!? At this point, you have booked all of your vendors but you would love for someone with years of experience to execute your plan perfectly. Let’s start pulling your details together 4 months prior to your big day so you know your wedding day will be relaxed and everything you have always dreamed of… plus more!

    • Timeline creation four months prior to your wedding date

    • Assistance finalizing your rental order

    • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (one hour)

    • Up to ten hours of day-of execution
