While daunting to some, designing unique events, creating detailed timelines, coordinating vendors and executing the day-of is what I truly enjoy doing. Not only does it help me stay sane (mom of these two beauts full+ time) but it allows me to use the right-side of my brain and be creative. Have it be your wedding, corporate dinner, daily errands or grocery trip I am constantly planning and coordinating something. No detail is too trivial for me, I love them all! With that said, I would design your timeline to your specific needs and adjust as needed from the day you contract until the last minute of your big day. I recognize the importance of my client’s vision and understand that each event is different and memorable in it’s own way.
In 2008 I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, receiving Bachelors degree in Experience Industry Management. The nationally acclaimed program gave me the knowledge and skills I needed to be a successful event professional. Upon graduation, I accepted the Director of Weddings and Events position at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena, CA. From there, my events road led me to Raymond Vineyards and Regusci Winery as the Director of Events. Both venues allowed me to build exceptional relationships with many more vendors, all while creating stunning events in incredible settings.
I like to think my friendly, personable and calm approach to event planning will allow you to relax and have fun while your we watch your vision come to life. I’m telling ya, if you pass your ideas and inspiration photos my way it's the easiest and best way for you to enjoy your special day. :0)
Now to the fun “about me” tidbits….. We love road trips (anywhere with scenery we are willing to go!), driving around new towns scoping out houses (kinda weird I know but we like pointing out well-kept green perfect lawns and cute houses) Caribbean (warm/clear aqua water) vacations, wake surfing with friends and family (our go to lakes are Lake Berreyesa, Lake New Melones and Lake Shasta), house boating, exploring national parks (Zion because it’s simply stunning and Yellowstone because if you have never been to the “boiling river” you’re missing out. It’s a must!) and escaping Napa Valley every chance we get. Family means everything to me and thankfully my husband agrees that making as many memories with our daughters while we can is the greatest gift we can give each other.
